WELDING SERVICES

ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Rother Machine is a UL listed/certified panel builder. We design & build the panels that bring machines to life. Crucial to that end, our PLC programming services allow us to fine-tune the control of your equipment so it performs optimally.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
Machine vision systems are robust cameras connected to quality control software. Also known as automated optical inspection, these systems can take pictures & measurements throughout the manufacturing process & divert any sub-standard products. We use both Cognex & Keyence vision systems, and can retrofit them into your current manufacturing environment.
WIRE EDM
If your project requires the shaping of a hard metal that is resistant to traditional fabrication techniques, then wire EDM may be the answer. Electric Discharge Machining, or EDM, shapes metals with electric current. By combining the even heat distribution of wire EDM with the precision of CNC processes, we are able to provide our customers with extremely high-precision shapes.
